摘要
本文介绍了工业管道的常见特点,简述了带保温层工业管道产生常见失效现象的原因,系统介绍了工业管道常见的几种无损检测方法的特征及局限性;提出了采用磁致伸缩低频导波结合电磁超声检测技术,对带保温层工业管道实施在线检测.通过低频导波对直管段部位进行快速全面扫查,电磁超声检测管道三通,弯头等典型管件壁厚,能够实现带保温层工业管道腐蚀缺陷的在线不停机检测.
This paper introduces the common characteristics of industrial pipeline,and describes the causes of common failure of industrial pipeline with insulation.Systematically it introduces the characteristics and limitations of several common nondestructive testing methods for industrial pipelines.lt is proposed to use magnetostrictive lowfrequency guided wave combined with electromagnetic ultrasonic testing technology to carry out on-line inspection of industrial pipeline with insulation layer.The low frequency guided wave can be used to conduct a quick and comprehensive scanning of the parts of the straight pipe segment,electromagnetic ultrasonic detection of the wall thickness of pipe tee joint,elbows and other typical pipe fittings,so as to realize on-line non-stop detection of corrosion defects of industrial pipelines with insulation layer.
