摘要
针对塔式起重机长期运行出现的疲劳破坏问题,通过ANSYS软件对塔机进行有限元分析,基于断裂力学对塔机展开疲劳寿命预测,结果表明:塔机的吊臂最易发生疲劳破坏,对某型号塔机的疲劳裂纹扩展寿命预测为寿命预测为1.566×106次,且裂纹尺寸10mm以下时相对安全,研究结果对塔机的设计、制造和检验有一定的指导意义.
In view of the fatigue failure problem of tower crane in long-term operation,the finite element analysis of tower crane is carried out in ANSYS,and then the fatigue life of tower crane is predicted based on fracture mechanics.The results show that the boom of tower crane is most prone to fatigue failure.The fatigue crack propagation life prediction of a certain type of tower crane is 1.566x 10^6 times,and the crack size is relatively safe when the crack size is less than 10mm.The research results have certain guiding significance for the design,manufacture and inspection of tower crane.
