中压分汽缸材质裂化案例分析 被引量:2

摘要 定期检验中发现一台材质为12Cr1MoVR中压分汽缸存在焊接接头及母材硬度非常低,焊缝晶粒组织粗大、晶粒度等级低,母材部位组织粗大,珠光体球化严重等问题.本文分别从焊接材料、焊接方法、钢板的供贷状态、焊后热处理等多个方面对材质劣化进行了分析.总结了12Cr1MoVR钢材在热处理及焊接过程和焊后热处理中产生材质劣化原因,并给出了相关防治措施.对该类压力容器的定期检验提供了一定的参考意义. During the periodic inspection,it was found that the welding joint and the base metal hardness were very low.Weld grain structure is large and has low grain size,abnormal organization,the parts of the parent material are thick and spherical.The deterioration of material was analyzed from the aspects of welding material,welding method,supply state of steel plate and heat treatment after welding.Summarized the reasons for material deterioration in the heat treatment and welding process and post-welding heat treatment of 12CrlMoVR steel,and the prevention and control measures are also given.It provides some reference for the periodic inspection of this type of pressure vessel.
