腹针结合中药治疗心肾不交型围绝经期睡眠障碍的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Herbs on Perimenopausal Sleep Disorder of Heart-Kidney Disharmony

目的:观察腹针结合中药治疗心肾不交型围绝经期睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:将52例心肾不交型围绝经期睡眠障碍患者随机分为对照组(24例)和治疗组(28例),对照组采用中药自拟方,治疗组在对照组基础上结合腹针治疗,治疗2个疗程。治疗前后观察两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、改良Kupperman量表评分及临床疗效分析。结果:治疗2个疗程后,两组患者的PSQI评分、改良Kupperman量表评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组下降显著(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹针结合中药能提高心肾不交型围绝经期睡眠障碍的睡眠质量,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs on perimenopausal sleep disorder caused by disharmony of Kidney and Heart.Methods:52 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group(n=24)and the treatment group(n=28).The control group was treated with self-made herbal formula;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with abdominal acupuncture.After two courses of treatment,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)and the modified Kupperman scale were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:After two courses of treatment,the scores of PSQI and modified Kupperman scale were significantly decreased than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the decreases in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).The curative effect was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs can improve the sleep quality of perimenopausal sleep disorder due to disharmony of Kidney and Heart,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
