摘要
《诸病源候论》作为我国第一部病因证候学专著,该书论述了1739种证候,本文重点探讨该书在中医疫病病因方面的研究,以乖戾之气、寄生虫致病与“注病”理论为着眼点,倡致病之说当重视体质因素,书中虽未载一方一药,却完善前人养生预防之导引、存想等治疗方法,为中医疫病防治提供了新的思路与方法,发挥着承前启后的作用,完善了祖国医学理论体系,对中医导引法防治疫病提供了可供借鉴的思路。
Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun is the first monograph on etiology and syndrome in TCM.In this book 1,739 kinds of etiology were recorded.This study discussed the contribution of this book to the field of epidemic in TCM.It advocated that body constitution should be paid more attention to in terms of the diseases caused by abnormal-qi,parasites and contagion.There was no drugs or prescriptions recorded in this book,but it improved the previous therapies of Daoyin and Cunxiang,it provided new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases in TCM,serving as a link between the past and the future.The book complete the theoretical system of TCM,it is a milestone in the development of epidemic diseases in TCM.
