下肢深静脉血栓形成的中医研究进展

Research Progress on LEDVT in TCM

下肢深静脉血栓形成是常见的周围血管病,属中医“股肿”范畴。其后遗症严重影响患者的生活质量,并发症肺栓塞可危及生命。本文通过对下肢深静脉血栓形成病因病机、辨证论治、外治法等分析总结,发现中医对本病的治疗优势明显,故应在此基础上进一步研究中医特色对本病的影响。

Lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(LEDVT)is a common disease in peripheral vascular disease,which belongs to Guzhong(femoral swelling)in TCM.Its sequelae seriously affects the life quality of the patients,one of its complication,pulmonary embolism,can be life-threatening.By analyzing and summarizing the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and external treatment of LEDVT,it found that TCM has obvious advantages in treating the disease,so the influence of TCM characteristics to this disease should be further studied on this basis.
