Lp(a)、ApoB、ApoAⅠ与NSTE-ACS危险分层的相关性分析

An analysis of correlation between Lp(a),ApoB and ApoAⅠand risk stratification of non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome

目的分析脂代谢相关指标脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、载脂蛋白AⅠ(ApoAⅠ)及ApoB/ApoAⅠ比值与非ST段抬高急性冠状动脉综合征(NSTE-ACS)危险分层的相关性。方法106例NSTE-ACS患者采用全球急性冠状动脉事件注册(GRACE)评分系统进行危险分层:低危组38例,中危组35例,高危组33例。检测三组Lp(a)、ApoB、ApoAⅠ等相关脂代谢指标,进行相关性分析。结果与低危组比较,中、高危组Lp(a)、ApoB、ApoB/ApoAⅠ比值均升高(P<0.05);与中危组比较,高危组Lp(a)、ApoB、ApoB/ApoAⅠ比值均升高(P<0.05)。Lp(a)、ApoB、ApoB/ApoAⅠ比值与GRACE评分呈正相关(r=0.735、0.850、0.780,P<0.01)。结论Lp(a)、ApoB和ApoB/ApoAⅠ比值可作为NSTE-ACS患者危险分层的实验室预测指标。

Objective To analyze the correlation between lipid metabolism indicators lipoprotein a[Lp(a)],apolipoprotein B(ApoB)and apolipoprotein AⅠ(ApoAⅠ),and the risk stratification of non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS).Methods Based on Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events(GRACE)scoring system,106 patients with NSTE-ACS were divided into three groups of A(low risk,38 cases),B(medium risk,35 cases)and C(high risk,33 cases).The lipid metabolism-related indicators including Lp(a),ApoB,and ApoAⅠwere detected in three groups.The correlation between lipid metabolism indicators and the risk stratification of NSTE-ACS was analyzed.Results The levels of Lp(a),ApoB and the ratio of ApoB to ApoAⅠwere higher in groups of B and C than those in group A(P<0.05),which in group C were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The Lp(a),ApoB and the ratio of ApoB to ApoAⅠwere positively correlated to GRACE score system(r=0.735,0.850 and 0.780,P<0.01).Conclusion Lp(a),ApoB and the ratio of ApoB to ApoAⅠcan be used as clinical laboratory predictors for the risk stratification in the patients with NSTE-ACS.
