DWI联合DCE-MRI在乳腺癌诊断和疗效评估的应用价值

Application value of DWI combined with DCE-MRI in the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of breast cancer

目的分析弥散加权成像(DWI)联合磁共振动态对比增强(DCE-MRI)在乳腺癌诊断和疗效评估中的应用价值。方法选取疑似乳腺癌患者90例,分别进行DWI、DCE-MRI和病理检查,对确诊患者进行术前新辅助化疗。分析DWI联合DCE-MRI检查方法在乳腺癌诊断和疗效评估中的价值。结果DWI联合DCE-MRI诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度(96.72%vs.89.06%或81.30%)、特异度(89.65%vs.80.77%或74.07%)和诊断符合率(94.44%vs.86.67%或83.33%)均高于DWI或DCE-MRI单项检测(P<0.05)。结论DWI联合DCE-MRI可提高乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度、特异度和诊断符合率,同时具有操作简单和无创快速的优势。

Objective To analyze the application value of diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)combined with dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)in the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of breast cancer.Methods DWI,DCE-MRI and pathological examinations were performed in 90 patients with suspected breast cancer.The neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation was performed in the patients with the pathological diagnosis of breast cancer.The value of DWI combined with DCE-MRI in the diagnosis and therapeutic efficacy evaluation was analyzed.ResultsThe sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate of DWI combined with DCE-MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer were higher than those of DWI or DCE-MRI alone[(96.72%vs.89.06%or 81.30%),(89.65%vs.80.77%or 74.07%)and(94.44%vs.86.67%or 83.33%)](P<0.05).ConclusionCombined use of DWI and DCE-MRI examinations can improve the sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rate in the diagnosis of breast cancer with the advantages of simple,non-invasive and rapid operation.
