从一街镇居家隔离状况探讨新型冠状病毒疫情的防控成效

Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Outbreaks from Isolated Condition in One Street

目的:探讨居家隔离医学观察在及时发现和报告新型冠状病毒肺炎病例,有效遏制疫情扩散蔓延中的作用。方法:对重点人群采取居家隔离,加强对重点疫区流入人员的跟踪管理,开展上门入户排查,做好健康监测和服务。结果:累计排查1850人,实施居家隔离医学观察1254人;医学观察14天后,未确诊有新型冠状病毒肺炎病例。结论:隔离医学观察是应对此次新型冠状病毒疫情经济、有效的措施,严格管控做好居家隔离,可有效遏制疫情扩散蔓延。

Objective: To explore the role of home isolation medical observation in finding and reporting COVID-19 cases in time and effectively controlling the spread of the epidemic. Method: The key population shall be isolated at home,the tracking management of the inflow personnel in the key epidemic area shall be strengthened,the door-to-door investigation shall be carried out,and the health monitoring and service shall be done w ell.Result: A total of 1850 people were screened and 1254 people were observed at home. After 14 days of medical observation,there was no definite diagnosis of COVID-19. Conclusion: Isolation medical observation is an economic and effective measure to deal w ith the COVID-19 epidemic,strict control and home isolation can effectively curb the spread of the epidemic.
