推拿治疗老年人功能性便秘的研究进展

Advances in the Treatment of Functional Constipation in the Elderly with Massage

功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)为现在常见疾病及并发症,尤其以老年人多见,至今仍缺乏理想的治疗方法。推拿作为传统中医疗法之一,在FC的治疗中发挥着相当的作用,推拿治疗本病以腰腹部按摩为主,辅以局部或经验取穴,通过对腰腹部温通类手法、局部或远端辩证选穴点按、配合口服药物等方法,对近年来针灸治疗本病的研究状况做一综述,以期更好地指导FC的推拿临床治疗。

Functional constipation is a common disease and complication nowadays,especially in the elderly,but there is still no ideal treatment method.M assage,as one of the traditional Chinese medicine therapies,plays a considerable role in the treatment of FC.M assage is mainly used to treat this disease by lumbar and abdominal massage,supplemented by local or empirical acupoint selection,through lumbar and abdominal w arming manipulation.In order to better guide the clinical treatment of FC by massage,the research status of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating FC in recent years w as review ed by local or distal dialectical acupoint selection combined w ith oral medicine.
