摘要
目的探讨血清P-选择素(CD62P)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平与急性脑梗死患者NIHSS评分的相关性。方法选取南阳市中心医院2017-04—2019-01治疗的急性脑梗死患者192例为观察组,选取同期健康体检者68例为对照组。对比2组血清CD62P、GFAP水平及观察组不同神经功能缺损程度患者入院时、治疗3 d NIHSS评分及血清CD62P、GFAP水平,分析血清CD62P、GFAP水平与NIHSS评分的相关性。结果入院时、治疗3 d重度组NIHSS评分高于中度组、轻度组,中度组NIHSS评分高于轻度组(P<0.05);治疗3 d重度组、中度组、轻度组NIHSS评分低于入院时(P<0.05);观察组血清CD62P、GFAP水平高于对照组(P<0.05);入院时、治疗3 d重度组血清CD62P、GFAP水平高于中度组、轻度组,中度组血清CD62P、GFAP水平高于轻度组(P<0.05);治疗3 d重度组、中度组、轻度组血清CD62P、GFAP水平低于入院时(P<0.05);血清CD62P、GFAP水平与NIHSS评分呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清CD62P、GFAP水平与NIHSS评分呈显著正相关,检测血清CD62P、GFAP水平可评估患者神经功能缺损程度及病情转归。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum P-selectin(CD62P)and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)levels and the score of NIHSS in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its clinical significance.Methods A total of 192 patients with acute cerebral infarction from April 2017 to January 2019 in Nanyang Central Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 68 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.This essay compares the levels of serum CD62P and GFAP in the two groups and the patients with different neurological deficits in the observation group,and measures the 3d NIHSS scores,serum CD62P and GFAP levels,and analyzes the correlation between serum CD62P and GFAP levels and NIHSS scores were analyzed.Results The NIHSS scores in the 3d severe group were higher than those in the moderate and mild groups at the time of admission,and the NIHSS scores in the moderate group were higher than those in the mild group(P<0.05).The NIHSS scores in the 3d severe,moderate,and mild groups were treated.The level of serum CD62P and GFAP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CD62P and GFAP in the severe group at admission and in the treatment group were higher than those in the moderate group and the mild group.The levels of serum CD62P and GFAP in the group were higher than those in the mild group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CD62P and GFAP in the severe,moderate and mild groups were lower than those in the hospital(P<0.05).Serum CD62P and GFAP levels were observed.There was a significant positive correlation with the NIHSS score(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum CD62P and GFAP in patients with acute cerebral infarction are significantly positively correlated with NIHSS score.The serum levels of CD62P and GFAP can be used to evaluate the degree of neurological deficit and the outcome of the disease.
