摘要
国家标准GB/T 1958-2004提供外圆带键槽产品对称度检测方法,但未提供内孔带键槽产品对称度检测方法。在部分企业中,制定测量方法的人员未准确认识对称度定义及测量原理,错误运用检测方法导致测量结果失真。本文通过整理分析外圆带键槽产品对称度的检测原理,推理出内孔带键槽产品对称度检测公式。为了快速准确测量内孔带键槽产品对称度,本文给出视生产数量调整检测方案的建议。对于大批量订单,测量工作量巨大,应当按照国家标准GB 8069-87制作位置量规,配合键槽塞片控制尺寸,实现快速检测键槽位置度;对于小批量订单,若有相同内孔尺寸位置塞规,可先调试好位置度,再通过修改程序改变键槽尺寸,同时在加工中途及末件进行验证;对于小批量订单无借用检具情况下,可通过工具显微镜测量两端面键槽中心与内孔中心距离,再复合两端截面误差,按照修正后的内孔键槽对称度公式进行计算。
The national standard GB/T 1958-2004 provides symmetry detection method for products with keyway on the outer circle, but it does not provide symmetry detection method for products with keyway on the inner hole. In some enterprises, the person who make the measurement method don′t know the definition and principle of symmetry accurately,and the wrong use of the detection method leads to the distortion of measurement results. In this paper, by analyzing the testing principle of symmetry degree of products with keyway in outer circle, the testing formula of symmetry degree of products with keyway in inner hole was deduced. In order to quickly and accurately measure the symmetry of products with keyway in the inner hole, the suggestion of adjusting the detection scheme according to the production quantity was given in this paper. For large quantities of orders, the measurement work is huge. Position gauge should be made according to the national standard GB 8069-87, and the key slot plug should be used to control the size, so as to realize quick detect of the position degree of the key slot. For small batch orders, if there is a plug gauge with the same inner hole size, the position degree can be debugged firstly, then the key slot size can be changed by modifying the program, and at the same time, it can be verified in the processing process and the final piece. For small batch orders without borrowed inspection tools, the distance between the center of keyway on both ends and the center of inner hole can be measured by tool microscope. After that, the cross-section error of both ends can be compounded, and calculation can be carried out according to the modified formula ofsymmetry ofkeyway on inner hole.
