摘要
高熵碳化物是近年来科研工作者受到高熵合金启发而发展的一种新型材料,它具有多种优异性能,包括优良的力学性能、良好的抗氧化性能、良好的热稳定性以及低导热率。本文介绍了高熵碳化物粉体在国内外的研究现状,归纳了其主要制备工艺:粉末冶金法、高能球磨、溶胶-凝胶法,总结了高熵碳化物的应用方向:可以用作涂层、隔热材料、热防护材料以及刀具材料。
High entropy carbide is a new material developed by researchers inspired by high entropy alloy in recent years. It has a variety of excellent properties, including excellent mechanical properties, good antioxidant properties, good thermal stability and low thermal conductivity. This paper introduces the research status of high entropy carbides powder at home and abroad, and summarizes the main preparation processes, inculding powder metallurgy, high energy ball milling andsol-gel method, meanwhile the application directions high entropy carbides are also summarized, which can be used as coating,heatinsulation material,heat protection materialand tool material.
