常减压装置常顶管道腐蚀泄漏原因分析及建议 被引量:8

摘要 常减压装置是炼油加工的重要工序,其安全状况对炼化企业长周期运行起到关键作用。由于原油中含有大量的水、盐、硫化物、酸等腐蚀性物质,腐蚀泄漏事故在常减压装置中时有发生。本文针对某80万t/a常减压装置发生的一起常顶挥发线管道腐蚀泄漏事件,从腐蚀机理、原料介质、防腐蚀措施和运行管理等方面进行分析,给出了事故发生的原因,并提出了相关腐蚀控制和防护建议。 Atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is an important process of oil refining.Its safety status plays a key role in the long-term operation of refining and chemical enterprises.Because crude oil contains a lot of corrosive substances such as water,salt,sulfide,acid and so on,corrosion leakage accidents often occur in atmospheric-vacuum distillation units.In this paper,in view of a corrosion and leakage event of the evaporation line pipeline in 0.8 Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the corrosion mechanism,raw material medium,anti-corrosion measures and operation management were analyzed,the causes of the accident was determined,and relevant corrosion control and protection suggestions were put forward.
