聚合物环保钻井液体系在曙2-02-14井的应用 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了辽河油区中深井常用聚磺有机硅体系在长期的生产过程中表现出来的各种问题和缺陷,这些问题很难通过技术手段进行弥补和改进,针对聚磺有机硅体系产生的各种技术难题,以及钻井液绿色发展、环境友好的战略要求下,通过筛选聚合物类处理剂,加大抑制剂用量,控制稀释剂加量,形成了聚合物环保钻井液体系,该体系的强抑制、强护胶、低搬含和聚合物优良的触变性,很好地解决了聚磺有机硅体系的搬含难控制、高温流变性差、稳定性差、长时间静止后结构力极强导致开泵困难等技术难题,降低了井下施工风险,提高了钻井液安全保障能力,现场施工效果良好。 Various problems and defects in the long-term production of polysiloxane system commonly used in middle and deep wells in Liao River oil region were introduced,these problems and defects were difficult to be remedied and improved by technical means.In view of the various technical problems arising from polysulfonated organosilicon system and the strategic requirements of green development and environment-friendly drilling fluid,a polymer environment-friendly drilling fluid system was developed by the selection of polymer treatment agents,increasing the amount of inhibitors and controlling the amount of diluents.The drilling fluid system has strong inhibition,strong glue-protecting,low carrying capacity and excellent thixotropy,so the technical problems such as difficult control,poor rheological property at high temperature,poor stability,and the difficulty of pump operation caused by the strong structural force after a long period of rest have been solved,and the risks of underground construction have been reduced,the safety guarantee ability of drilling fluid has been improved,and the field operation effect is good.
