摘要
塑料包装是当今不可或缺的部分,但是其不可生物降解性带来的巨大环境问题也日益严峻,必须尽量减少和消除它带来的危害。该问题的解决方案可能依赖于使用生物聚合物,特别是多糖。这些具有成膜特性的大分子生物降解材料,可应用于食品包装。尽管从不同来源获得的多糖具有各种优点,例如耐水性强、机械性能好和价格低,但也存在一些问题阻碍了多糖的广泛应用和商品化。然而,随着研究的不断深入,人们有可能找到一些克服问题和解决问题的策略。本文综述了近年来在食品包装中应用最广泛的多糖。
Plastic packaging is an integral part today.However,the huge environmental problems caused by landfill disposal of non-biodegradable polymers at the end of life have become increasingly serious,and the harm caused by it must be minimized.The solution to this problem may depend on the use of biopolymers,especially polysaccharides.These macromolecular biodegradable materials with film-forming properties may be used in food packaging.Although polysaccharides obtained from different sources have various advantages,such as water resistance,good mechanical properties and low price,there are also problems that hinder the widespread application and commercialization of polysaccharides.However,as research continues,people may find some strategies to overcome and solve problems.In this article,the most widely used polysaccharides in food packaging in recent years were reviewed.
