摘要 比较教育学的初心就是促进中国教育现代化。其新时代的使命就是在进一步的研究方法反思下,帮助中国在2035年实现教育现代化。在全球知识社会,教育现代化是一种系统的现代化,涉及基础教育、高等教育、职业教育、教育技术、教师教育以及教育治理的现代化。这种现代化的根本内涵是培养人的21世纪能力及其所要求的相关政策、制度安排。如何有效地发展作为高阶能力的21世纪能力是个体和国家21世纪学会生存的关键,是建设人类命运共同体的基础,自然也是比较教育研究的新使命。 The original intention of comparative education in China is to promote the modernization of Chinese education.Its mission in the new era is to help China realize the modernization of education in 2035 under the further exploration of its research methods.In the global knowledge society,modernization of education is a systematic modernization,involving the modernization of elementary education,higher education,vocational education,educational technology,teacher education and education governance.The fundamental connotation of this modernization is to cultivate the 21st century skills and the relevant policies and institutional arrangements required.How to effectively develop the 21st century skills as higher-order skills is the key for individuals and countries to learn to be in the 21st century,the foundation for building a community of shared future for mankind,and the new mission of comparative education research.
