摘要
针对零件的深孔、端面及螺纹切削加工的工序要求,当不能使用尾架顶紧零件,也不能采用中心架辅助支撑零件时,如何实现零件的可靠定位呢?文章主要研究数控车床的主轴内孔的定位机构,即将零件置于主轴内孔,实现零件轴向定位、径向定心。根据数控车床回转油缸的配置情况,可以分别采用后置气缸推料定位机构和前置主轴内孔定位机构,实现两种主轴内孔定位机构对零件进行定位加工。
According to the requirements of deep hole,end face and thread cutting process of the parts,how to realize the reliable positioning of the parts when the tail frame top tight parts and the center frame auxiliary support parts can not be used?This paper mainly studies the positioning mechanism of the spindle inner hole of CNC lathe,that is,the part is placed in the spindle inner hole to realize the axial positioning and radial centering of the part.According to the configuration of rotary oil cylinder of CNC lathe,the positioning mechanism of rear cylinder pushing material and the positioning mechanism of front spindle inner hole can be used respectively to realize two kinds of spindle inner hole positioning mechanism to locate the parts.
