摘要
文章从土地储备工作的意义及储备潜力概念出发,结合土地利用规划、城市规划等数据,建立了一套土地储备潜力的提取模型。以南京市秦淮区为例,应用该模型提取潜力地块并建立潜力数据库,为储备部门制定计划提供技术方法,促进了储备工作管理的规范和创新。
Based on the significance of land reserve work and the concept of reserve potential,this paper establishes a set of land reserve extraction models based on data such as land use planning and urban planning.Taking Qinhuai district in Nanjing as an example,the model is used to extract potential land parcels and establish a potential database to provide technical methods for the reserve department to formulate plans,and promote the standardization and innovation of reserve management.
