区块链技术在公证领域的应用初探

传统的公证领域,面临着信息安全、信息流动成本高以及效率低的问题。区块链技术作为去中心化的可信分布式存储技术与公证具有很高的契合度,能够有效解决传统公证领域所面临的信息安全、信息流动成本高以及效率低的难题。将区块链与公证相结合,可以提高公证机构效率降低成本、提升司法效率、缓解互联网贷款案件诉讼难、执行难问题,并最终建立公证信用体系。然而,目前区块链公证也存在着上链前信息真实性无法保障的问题、技术安全问题、个人信息保护问题以及存储量问题。鉴于此,未来应通过构建上链前的真实性审核机制、搭建全国公证业务资源整合与共享的平台以及加大区块链的技术开发,使得区块链公证更加完善。

The traditional notarization field is facing the problems of information security,high cost of information flow,and low efficiency.As a decentralized trusted distributed storage technology,block chain technology has a high degree of agreement with notarization,which can effectively solve the problems mentioned above that occur in traditional notarization.The combination of block chain and notarization has produced the practical effect of improving the efficiency of notarization institutions,reducing costs,improving judicial efficiency,easing the litigation difficulties and enforcement difficulties in Internet loan cases,and finally establishing a notarization credit system.However,there are also problems occurring now such as the authenticity of information,for being not guaranteed before the block chain is notarized,technical security,personal information protection and storage capacity.In view of this,block chain notarization should be improved in the future by constructing an authenticity verification mechanism before the chain is launched,building a platform for the integration and sharing of national notarization business resources,and increasing the technical development of block chain.
