太阳能与燃气热水器联合控制系统的实验研究

摘要 太阳能与燃气热水器联合控制系统可以有效地解决太阳能热水器受日光辐射影响导致的供热稳定性和连续性较差的问题,是减少辅助电能能耗的重要措施。文章针对承压式太阳能系统与燃气热水器联合控制系统进行方案设计,并根据GB 6932—2015《家用燃气快速热水器》对热水性能的相关要求进行相应的温度控制实验研究,分析了二者联合控制对热水性能的影响与节能的效果。结果表明:联合控制系统具有可行性,其热水性能各项参数满足国家标准要求;系统的年节能可达3540 MJ,联合控制能最大化地利用太阳能实现节能减排,是一种多能互补热水供应方式。 The joint control system of solar energy and gas water heater can effectively solve the problem of poor stability and continuity of heat supply caused by the solar radiation,and it is an important measure to reduce the energy consumption of auxiliary power.In this paper,the combined control system of pressurized solar energy system and gas water heater is designed,and the corresponding temperature control experiment is conducted according to the related requirements of hot water performance in GB 6932—2015 Domestic gas instantaneous water heater.The influence of the combined control on the hot water performance is discussed,and the energy saving effect is analyzed.The experimental results show that the joint control system is feasible,and that the parameters of its hot water performance meet the requirements of national standards.The system can save 3540 MJ per year,and the combined control can maximize the utilization of solar energy to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction,which is a multi-energy complementary hot water supply method.
