综合模式锻炼对焦虑抑郁青少年负性情绪及睡眠质量的干预效果评价 被引量:3

Evaluation on intervention effect of comprehensive mode exercise on negative emotion and sleep quality in adolescents with anxiety and depression

摘要 目的分析瑜伽联合瑞士球锻炼对焦虑抑郁女中学生负性情绪及睡眠质量的干预效果,同时了解负性情绪在运动干预改善睡眠过程中的中介作用,为中学生身心健康发展和有效的干预提供理论支持。方法2018年4-6月在新疆某中学选取焦虑抑郁的女中学生82名,随机分为干预组和对照组(各41名)。对干预组学生进行10周的瑜伽联合瑞士球锻炼干预,对照组进行正常的学校生活和学习,干预前后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、正性负性情绪量表和焦虑自评量表调查,并进行结果的比较。结果经过10周的瑜伽联合瑞士球锻炼后,干预组睡眠质量(4.29±1.24)、焦虑(36.11±7.31)和负性情绪(2.34±0.48)得分均低于干预前(8.42±3.12、53.78±2.72、2.81±0.61),差异均有统计学意义(t=7.780、15.121、3.830,均P<0.05)。中学生负性情绪在运动干预改善睡眠过程中具有中介效应(t=6.79,P<0.01)。结论瑜伽联合瑞士球锻炼对改善女中学生负性情绪和睡眠质量起到积极作用,并且负性情绪在运动改善睡眠方面起到部分中介效应。 Objective To understand the intervention effect of yoga combined with Swiss ball exercise on negative emotion and sleep quality of female middle school students with anxiety and depression,understand the mediating role of negative emotion in exercise intervention to improve sleep,and provide theoretical support for middle school students’physical and mental health development and effective intervention.Methods From April to June 2018,82 female middle school students with anxiety and depression were selected from a middle school in Xinjiang,and they were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group(41 cases in each group).The intervention group received 10 weeks of yoga combined with Swiss ball exercise intervention,and the control group performed normal school life.Before and after the intervention,Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale,positive negative emotion scale and anxiety self-assessment scale were used in the investigation,and the results were compared.Results After 10 weeks of yoga and Swiss ball exercise,the scores of sleep quality(4.29±1.24),anxiety(36.11±7.31)and negative emotion(2.34±0.48)in the intervention group wer e lower than those before intervention(8.42±3.12,53.78±2.72,2.81±0.61),and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.780,15.121,3.830,all P<0.05).Middle school students’negative emotions had mediating effect on exercise intervention to imp rove sleep(t=6.790,P<0.01).Conclusion Yoga combined with Swiss ball exercise has a positive effect on improving negative emotions and sleep quality of female middle school students,and negative emotions play a partial mediating effect on exercise to improve sleep.
