摘要
结构化小组面试是近年来我国公务员录用面试中采用的新型面试技术。为了准确地了解这种新型面试技术的效度,依据现代心理测量理论,采用实证研究方法,对结构化小组面试的有效性进行较为系统的研究。研究结果表明,结构化小组面试具有较好的构想效度和预测效度。这为结构化小组面试的推广使用提供了较为科学的实证数据。
The structured group interview is a new type of interview technique used in the civil service recruitment interview in China in recent years.In order to accurately understand the validity of this new type of interviewing technique,this paper,with the empirical research methods on the basis of modern psychometric theory,conducts a more systematic study on the effectiveness of structured group interviews.The results of the study show that the structured group interview has good conceptual validity and predictive validity,which provide more scientific empirical materials for the promotion and use of the structured group interview.
