基于全要素的发动机样机试制过程质量控制方法 被引量:1

摘要 发动机试制工作呈现出项目多样性、工艺多样性及工作类型多样性的特点,是一个多要素耦合多输入控制的复杂过程。本文根据试制工作经验以及工作特点,总结出一系列包括样件、工艺、流程、人员、工具工装等要素的适合发动机样机试制的过程质量控制方法,健全了发动机样机全过程全要素的质量控制体系,有力保障试制质量。 Engine prototype trail⁃manufacture is a complex process coupled with multi⁃factors and multi⁃import controls,showing variety in project,variety in processing technology and variety in skill type.According to the trail⁃manufacture experience and characteristics in daily work,process quality control which is suitable for engine prototype trial⁃manufacture was summarized including prototype parts,processing technology,process flow,personnel,tool and fixture.The engine prototype trail⁃manufacture quality control system based on overall factors and overall process was established and improved,which can improve the prototype trail⁃manufacture quality.
