摘要
发动机气门座圈密封锥面加工质量对发动机燃烧性能至关重要。为提高气门座圈密封锥面加工质量并降低加工成本,从结构设计上优化了现有的气门座圈密封锥面加工装置并使其适应闲置的生产加工设备。经气缸盖生产实际效果验证,新设计的气门座圈密封锥面加工装置能满足产品设计技术要求,在发动机气缸盖加工中有良好的应用前景。
The machining quality of valve seat sealing surface is vital to the combustion performance of an engine.To improve the machining quality and reduce machining cost,the exiting valve seat sealing surface machining device was modified in terms of structural optimization and was adapted to a dedicated machining equipment that was not in use.The verification by real cylinder head production showed that the newly designed machining device could meet cylinder head technical requirement and had a good ap⁃plication in cylinder head machining.
