内镜下金属钛夹联合康复新液对消化性溃疡出血的疗效

Clinical Effects of Endoscopic Titanium Clipping Combined with Kangfuxin Fluid in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Bleeding

目的探讨金属钛夹联合康复新液对消化性溃疡出血的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的80例消化性溃疡合并出血的患者,随机分为对照组及研究组各40例,对照组给予经典治疗,并加用康复新液,研究组在对照组基础上联合金属钛夹治疗,比较两组止血时间、转外科手术率、治疗72 h后至1 w内再出血率、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白水平(Hb)、临床疗效。结果研究组止血时间、转外科手术率、治疗72 h后再出血率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组RBC、Hb比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组RBC、Hb水平较前升高,且研究组RBC、Hb水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下金属钛夹联合康复新液对消化性溃疡出血疗效显著,值得广泛应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of endoscopic titanium clipping combined with Kangfuxin fluid in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods 80 cases with peptic ulcer bleeding treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the research group.The control group was given conventional treatment and Kangfuxin fluid,while on the basis of the control group,endoscopic titanium clipping was added to the research group.The time of hemostasis,the suergy rate,the rate of rebleeding from 72 h to 1 w,the count of red blood cells(RBC),the level of hemoglobin(Hb)and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results The time of hemostasis,surgery rate and rebleeding rate after 72 h in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in red blood cell count(RBC)and hemoglobin level(Hb)before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of RBC and Hb were increased after treatment in each group,while the level of RBC and Hb of research group is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic titanium clipping combined with Kangfuxin fluid has a certain curative effect on peptic ulcer bleeding,which is worth promoting.
