水煤浆气化制氢配套变换流程分析与选择

摘要 通过对某项目水煤浆气化制氢配套一氧化碳变换绝热流程、一段控温和两段控温三种流程的分析,从流程配置、消耗、反应器规格、投资和操作及检维修方面进行综合比选,确定水煤浆气化制氢配套变换流程,为同类装置流程配置选择提供参考。 This paper analyzed three kinds of CO shift processes for hydrogen production based on coal slurry gasification for a project,including adiabatic process,first stage isothermal shift process and second stage isothermal shift process.A comprehensive comparison and selection were made from the aspects of process configuration,consumption,reactor specification,investment,operation and inspection to determine the matching process of coal slurry gasification for hydrogen production,so as to provide guidance for the process configuration and selection of similar plants.
