紫外分光光度法聚谷氨酸的测定

摘要 在室温条件下,γ-聚谷氨酸能溶于水,其水溶液在紫外区190.0~250.0 nm波长范围内有最大吸收峰(192 nm),用紫外分光光度法测定常量γ-聚谷氨酸的工作波长为192 nm,查标准曲线可以定量。γ-聚谷氨酸的精密度σn-1为0.03,回收率为99.2%~101.2%。用紫外分光光度法测定腐植酸尿素或黄腐酸尿素中聚谷氨酸的最佳工作波长为210 nm,查工作曲线可以定量。腐植酸尿素中微量聚谷氨酸的精密度σn-1为0.04,回收率为97.2%~103.0%。黄腐酸尿素中微量聚谷氨酸的精密度σn-1为0.10,回收率为92.6%~98.3%。使用仪器设备价格便宜,操作简便、快速,数据可靠。 Under room temperature,γ-polyglutamic acid is soluble in water.Its water solution has its maximum absorption peak,192 nm,in the range of ultraviolet band from 190.0 to 250.0 nm.The operation wavelength to check the constant ofγ-polyglutamic acid by ultraviolet spectrophotometry is 192 nm.Check the standard curve,the constant can be quantified.The precisionσn-1 ofγ-polyglutamic acid is 0.03,recovery rate 99.2%to 101.2%.The optimum operating wavelength to determine the content of polyglutamic acid in humic acid urea or in fulvic acid urea by ultraviolet spectrophotometry is 210 nm.Check the operating curve,and get the quantity.The precisionσn-1 of trace polyglutamic acid in humic acid urea is 0.04,recovery rate 97.2%to 103.0%.The precisionσn-1 of trace polyglutamic acid in fulvic acid urea is 0.10,recovery rate 92.6%to 98.3%.The instrument device is much cheaper,easy to operate and rapid,and the data is reliable.
