CFB锅炉连续掺烧制氢碳黑的应用

针对制氢装置碳黑副产品水含量高、脱水工作量大等特点,通过浆液形式送至CFB锅炉掺烧,既解决了碳黑作为固废处置困难,又回收了碳黑中的部分热量,具有布置简洁,占地小,可稳定连续运行等特点。

In view of the characteristics of high water content and large amount of dehydration of carbon black by-product in hydrogen production unit,carbon black was sent to CFB boiler for co-combustion in slurry form,which not only solved the difficulty of disposing carbon black as solid waste,but also recovered some heat in carbon black.The utility model has the advantages of simple layout,small footprint,stable and continuous operation,etc.
