湖南省“一家一”项目调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of"One Family One Project"in Hunan Province

湖南省作为武陵山区一部分,在“同心温暖工程武陵山区助学项目”基础上,根据本省经济特色和发展方式,建立了本土化的湖南“一家一”项目,即“资助一人、就业一人、致富一家、带动一方”。该文以问卷调查的方式,从对象识别、帮扶措施和管理工作三方面整理出湖南“一家一”项目的特点及存在的问题,从受助对象的选择、相关活动的开展以及受助学生就业关注和项目宣传等方面提出系列改进建议,以达成该项目的最终目的。

Hunan province,is located in part area of Mountain Wuling,has established a localized"One Family One Project"namely,"subsidize one""employ one""enrich a family""flourish a area"based on the warm project to help poor students learn in Mountain Wuling area,according to the local economic characteristics and development.With a questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of"One Family One Project"from three aspects of object identification,support measures and management.Finally,a series of improvement suggestions were put forward from the aspects of the selection of recipients,the development of related activities,the employment concern of the recipients and the project publicity.
