Analysis on the Path of Development of Strategic Emerging Industries in Yueyang City

大力发展战略性新兴产业,是优化产业结构、培育增长动能的重要举措。当前,岳阳战略性新兴产业作为新的经济增长点,取得了长足发展,但也面临产业规划引导不力、市场竞争能力偏低、龙头带动作用不强、科技创新能力偏弱、要素制约瓶颈偏多等问题。据此,应进一步明确战略定位,设计目标要径,实施创新驱动,打造龙头企业,优化要素保障,健全体制机制,促进战略性新兴产业健康发展。

Developing the strategic emerging industries is an important measure to optimize industrial structure and cultivate growth momentum.At present,the strategic emerging industries in Yueyang city,as a new economic growth point,has made considerable progress,but also faced problems such as poor guidance of industrial planning,low market competitiveness,weak leading role,weak ability of scientific and technological innovation,and too many bottlenecks to constraint.Thus,the author think it should further clarify the strategic positioning,plan the development path scientifically,implement the innovation-drive,building the leading enterprises,optimize guarantee elements,improve the system and mechanism,aiming to promote the steady development of strategic emerging industries.
