以信息化技术为支撑,运用“制度+科技”模式,建立覆盖省、市、县、乡四级精准扶贫动态监控平台,能够及时掌握资金流向和使用情况,确保扶贫资金安全有效使用,做到对扶贫资金链条上各个环节无死角监管,让扶贫资金在阳光下运行。
With information technology as the support,using the“system science and technology”model,the establishment of precision poverty alleviation dynamic monitoring platform covering provincial,municipal,counties and township levels can grasp the flow and the use of funds in time to ensure the safe and effective use of poverty alleviation funds,so that all links in the poverty alleviation fund chain have no corner supervision,so that poverty alleviation funds can operate in the sun.
