摘要
为充分利用G328路面修复工程中所产生的旧沥青废料,确定采用泡沫沥青冷再生技术对废旧沥青路面进行循环再利用。文章先发泡试验确定了沥青的发泡参数,然后进行配合比设计得出了各类材料配比并通过了性能验证。施工过程中采用3800CR高性能冷再生机组实现冷铣刨及再生,效果显著。
For the purpose of making full use of the old asphalt waste produced in the G328 pavement repair works,it is determined that the cold regeneration technology of foam asphalt is used to recycle the waste asphalt pavement.In this paper,the foaming parameters of asphalt are determined by the foaming test,and then the proportion of various materials is obtained and the properties are verified.During the construction process,3800 CR high performance cold regeneration unit is used to realize cold milling and regeneration,and the effect is remarkable.
