摘要
目的探讨补肾壮骨颗粒对快速老化小鼠体质成分的影响。方法实验分5组:R1小鼠生理盐水灌胃组,快速老化P6小鼠分为生理盐水灌胃组、皮下注射重组人生长激素(rhGH)组、补肾壮骨颗粒灌胃组及联合用药组,每组各10只,每日干预1次。分别干预3、6个月后进行体质成分检测。结果干预3个月后,3组药物干预组总肌肉含量(TLM)提高及全身脂肪百分比(FM)下降(均P <0.05),补肾壮骨颗粒组的骨密度(BMD)及骨矿含量(BMC)上升(均P <0.05),但rhGH及联合用药组BMD及BMC未见明显变化(P> 0.05)。干预6个月时后,3组药物干预组的TFM及FM均有所下降,TLM、BMD和BMC均有所上升(均P <0.05),但补肾壮骨颗粒组BMC较rhGH组及联合用药组高(均P <0.05)。结论补肾壮骨颗粒可以增加小鼠TLM、降低TFM及FM和提高BMD及BMC,其作用与人重组生长激素相当。
Objective To study the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu granule on the physical composition of senescence accelerated mice.Methods All subjects were divided into 5 groups:saline gavage group(R1,n=10),senescence accelerated male mice(SAMP6)were divided into saline gavage group(n=10),subcutaneous injection of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)group(n=10),Bushen Zhuanggu granule treatment group(n=10),a subcutaneous injection of rhGH combine with Bushen Zhuanggu granule treatment group(n=10),all inter⁃ventions were performed daily.After intervention for 3 and 6 months,the bone mineral density(BMD),bone mineral content(BMC)and body composition were measured.Results After 3 months of intervention,the total lean mass(TLM)and fat mass percentiles(FM)of the three groups were increased(P<0.05),and the BMD and BMC of BushenZhuanggu granule group were increased(P<0.05),but there was no significant change of BMD and BMC in rhGH and combination group(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the total fat mass(TFM)and FM of the three intervention groups decreased,the TLM and BMD and BMC increased(P<0.05),but the BMC of Bushen Zhuanggu granule group was higher than those in rhGH group and combination group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Zhuanggu granule could increase TLM,BMD,BMC,and decrease TFM and FM in mice,whose effect is similar to rhGH.
