两种不互溶液体的节流过程影响因素分析

Analysis on influencing factors of throttling process for two kinds of immiscible liquids

摘要 减压节流过程在工程应用过程中比较常见,如多元混合工质节流、石油驱动、渗流等。利用试验和数值模拟的方法对两种不互溶液体节流过程中的压力变化进行研究,分析节流管管径和节流管入口处压力对节流管两端压差的影响。结果表明:两种不互溶流体在节流过程中,当黏度较大的流体流过节流管时,会出现压力突然增大的现象;节流管管径越大,两种不互溶液体节流时的节流管两端压差越小;节流管入口处的压力越大,两种不互溶液体流经节流管的时间越短。 Decompression &throttling process is common in engineering application,such as the throttling of multi-component mixtures,petroleum driving,interstifial flow,and so on.The pressure changes during the throttling process of two immiscible liquids are studied by test and simulation.The effect of diameter and inlet pressures of throttle tube on the pressure difference between the two ends of throttle tube is analyzed.The results show that during the throttling process of two kinds of immiscible fluids,a sudden increase in pressure occurs when the fluid with a higher viscosity flows through the throttle tube;the larger the diameter of throttle tube,the smaller the pressure difference between the two ends of throttle tube with two kinds of immiscible liquids during throttling;the greater the inlet pressure of the throttle tube,the shorter the time for the two kinds of immiscible fluids to flow through the throttle tube.
