摘要
我国医学院校现阶段法治教育定位模糊、重视度不足、教育内容滞后乃至缺失、体系不健全等问题突出,不足以满足国家、医疗行业和医学生自身发展的需求。本文在明晰健康法治教育之专属地位的基础上,从树立"医学教育,法治先行"的教育理念、加强健康法治教育师资队伍建设、构建新型健康法治教育课程群和创新健康法治教育教学方式几方面,对实施医学生健康法治教育的有效路径作了探究。
At present,the problems are conspicuous in medical colleges and universities in China,such as legal education is not well defined,attention insufficient,the content of the education lagsbehind or even lacks,and the system is not perfect,which is not enough to meet the needs of the nation,medical industry and medical students’own development.On the basis of clear exclusive status of health law education,this paper explores effective ways of health legal education for medical students from the following aspects:establishing the educational concept of"the rule of law first in medical education",strengthening the teaching staff for health legal education,building a new type of health legal education curriculum,and innovating the teaching methods of health legal education.
