摘要 我国准东煤储量巨大,但由于该煤种结渣沾污倾向比较严重,严重制约其在燃煤电站上的应用。对此,在660 MW机组满负荷试运期间采用分磨掺烧的方式,进行80%比例准东煤燃烧调整试验研究,分别从运行氧量、吹灰频率、风门控制方面对锅炉进行燃烧调整。结果表明:在满负荷工况下,氧量控制在3.0%~3.5%;吹灰频率应保证炉膛吹灰器每12 h一次,水平烟道长伸缩式吹灰器每24 h一次,空预器吹灰每4 h一次,受热面沾污情况得到有效控制;风门控制方式应根据锅炉燃烧状况与炉膛出口氮氧化物(NO_x)值不断进行调整。此结果可为同类型机组燃用准东煤提供参考。 The reserves of Zhundong coal in China are huge,but the application of Zhundong coal in coal-fired power plant is seriously restricted due to its serious tendency of slagging and contamination.In this regard,during the full load test run of 660 MW unit,the combustion adjustment test of 80%Zhundong coal was carried out by using different pulverizer and pulverized coal blending.The combustion adjustment of the boiler was carried out from the aspects of operation oxygen content,soot blowing frequency and damper control.The results show that under the condition of full load,the oxygen content is controlled at 3.0%~3.5%;the frequency of soot blowing should be guaranteed every 12 h for the furnace soot blower,every 24 h for the long retractable soot blower in the horizontal flue,every 4 h for the air preheater,and the contamination of the heating surface is effectively controlled;the control mode of the air valve should be continuously adjusted according to the combustion condition of the boiler and the NOx value at the furnace outlet.It is hoped that this result can provide a reference for the same type of units to burn Zhundong coal.
