摘要
环境响应性自组装多肽水凝胶是一类由自组装多肽形成的、能够根据环境改变而做出相应变化的智能水凝胶。由于其具有可降解性、生物相容性及合成的多样性等优势,近年来受到了广泛的关注。文章总结了4种不同环境响应性水凝胶的发展、自组装多肽的研究以及这类自组装多肽水凝胶形成的机制,对环境响应性自组装多肽水凝胶的发展和应用具有重要意义。
Environmentally responsive self-assembling peptide hydrogels are a class of smart hydrogels formed from self-assembling peptides,which can make corresponding changes according to environmental changes.It has received great attention in recent years due to its advantages such as degradability,biocompatibility,and synthetic diversity.This paper summarizes the development of four different environmentally responsive hydrogels,the study of selfassembling peptides,and the mechanism of such self-assembling peptide hydrogels,which are of great significance for the development and application of environmentally responsive self-assembling peptide hydrogels.
