文章论述了SIMATIC S7-1200可编程控制器在塑料挤出机控制系统中的应用,包括温度控制、动作控制、电能采集、数据处理等。温度控制回路采用PID(比例、积分、微分)脉宽调功法。控制系统把PID控制和PLC(可编程序逻辑控制器)的逻辑判断指令结合起来,使PID控制更为灵活,能较好地满足生产过程的要求。文章详细描述了该系统的工作原理和PLC的硬件组成、软件编制。
This paper discusses the application of SIMATIC S7-1200 programmable controller in the control system of plastic extruder,including temperature control,motion control,power collection and data processing.Temperature control loop adopts PID(proportional,integral,differential)pulse width adjustment method.The control system combines PID control with PLC(programmable logic controller)logic judgment instruction to make PID control more flexible and better meet the requirements of the production process.The working principle of the system and the hardware and software of PLC are described in detail.
