摘要
为了研究分析风力发电机叶片铺层设计中不同纤维铺层在叶片外形上的铺层工艺性,定义了叶片铺层工艺性并建立了理论公式,可以通过计算获得叶片外形的理论铺层工艺性。文章通过在叶片模具上进行不同纤维布的铺设,对比不同纤维布的铺层工艺性及其和理论铺层工艺性之间的差异,分析并给出叶片结构设计选材的改进建议。
In order to study and analyze the lamination processibility of different fiber layers on the blade shape in the lamination design of wind turbine blade,the lamination processibility is defined and the mathematical theoretical calculation formula is established.The theoretical lamination processibility of the blade shape can be obtained by calculation.By laying different fiber cloth on the blade mould,the difference between the actual lamination processibility of different fiber cloth and the theoretical lamination processibility are compared.This paper analyzes and gives suggestions for improving the material selection design of blade structure.
