摘要
“双元制”是德国职业教育的模式,对中国职教改革产生了积极影响。文章结合笔者在德国接受职业教育培训的经历,总结了项目的学习情况,并以机电一体化技术专业为例,提出了“双元制”本土化的方案以及本土化过程中的一些思考。
“Dual System”is the mode of vocational education in Germany,which has a positive impact on the reform of vocational education in China.Based on the author’s experience of receiving vocational education and training in Germany,this paper summarizes the learning situation of the project,and taking mechatronics technology as an example,puts forward the localization scheme of“Dual System”and some thoughts in the localization process.
