摘要
学生的体育鉴赏能力关系到体育文化的培养,体育文化的建设关系到学生终身体育意识的树立。提高学生对体育竞赛的鉴赏能力,实现"美育"与"体育"的共同发展,强化对体育的锻炼动机,形成体育文化,增强学生自我锻炼意识,达到增强大学生的体质健康的效果。笔者提出提高学生体育竞赛鉴赏能力的四个关键,即技术与实际应用结合、利用人体生理结构讲解技术难点、设置体育理论课课时和提高教师专业素养。通过一系列的创新体育课程,令学生能够掌握更多的体育知识,提高体育竞赛鉴赏能力,使得学生锻炼身体的动机并非外界施加的压力,而是来自于自身。
Students’sports appreciation ability is related to the cultivation of sports culture,and the construction of sports culture is related to the establishment of students’lifelong sports awareness,to improve students’ability to appreciate sports competitions,to realize the common development of aesthetic education and sports,to strengthen the motivation for sports,to form sports culture,to enhance students’awareness of self-exercise,and to achieve the improvement of the physical health of college students.Four key points to improve the students’ability to appreciate sports competitions are put forward,that is,the combination of technology and practical application,the use of human physiological structure to explain the technical difficulties,the setting of physical education class hours and the improvement of teachers’professional qualities.Through a series of innovative sports courses,students can master more sports expertise and improve their ability to appreciate sports competitions.The motivation for making students exercise is not the pressure exerted by the outside world,but from themselves.
