摘要
将593脂肪胺固化剂、脂环胺固化剂、芳香胺固化剂及咪唑类固化剂复配,并加入促进剂DMP-30及活性稀释剂苯基缩水甘油醚与E-51环氧树脂构成了快速固化环氧树脂体系,测试了不同固化体系的凝胶时间和完全固化时间及其浇注体的力学性能。结果表明,在10 min内完全固化的情况下,E-51、芳香胺及咪唑固化剂的质量比为100:15:5时,固化体系的拉伸强度可达到67MPa,较脂肪胺体系提高20%,弯曲强度和冲击强度分别达到88 MPa和11kJ/m^2,较单一胺类固化体系提高50%和40%。
The fast curing epoxy resin system was formed by compounding 593 fatty amine curing agent,alicyclic amine curing agent,aromatic amine curing agent and imidazole curing agent and adding accelerator DMP-30,reactive diluent phenyl glycidyl ether and E-51 epoxy resin.The gel time and complete curing time of different curing systems and the mechanical properties of their castings were tested.The results showed that in the case of complete curing within 10 minutes,when the mass ratio of E-51,aromatic amine and imidazole curing agent was 100:15:5,the tensile strength of the cured system could reach 67 MPa,which was 20% higher than that of fatty amine.The flexural strength and impact strength reached 88 MPa and 11 kj/m^2,respectively,50%and 40%higher than those of single amine curing system.
