互联网企业视屏作业人员职业紧张现状调查

Investigation on the status quo of occupational stress among screen operators in internet enterprises

目的通过对互联网企业视屏显示终端(VDT)作业人员问卷调查,了解VDT作业人员职业紧张现状及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样法,选取2018年1-8月山东省互联网企业1 320名VDT作业人员为调查对象。采用横断面调查的方法,通过问卷调查及定性访谈相结合的方式对其进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 1 320名不同岗位VDT作业人员现岗位工作时间、平均每周工作时间、平均每天面屏时间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。VDT作业人员职业紧张因素有经济压力、职业发展及家人健康等,其中经济压力为VDT作业人员第一位压力源。VDT作业人员工作时间长,饮食不规律,躯体不适严重,健康状况一般,身体锻炼以偶尔锻炼为主,不能达到缓解躯体不适的效果。不同面屏时间作业人员,骨骼肌肉的疼痛发生率和疼痛程度有统计学意义差异。结论 VDT作业人员职业紧张压力水平较高,主要源于经济压力、职业发展、家人健康、子女健康、人际关系及婚姻问题,应从多个层面采取多种形式的干预措施进行干预。

Objective Through the questionnaire survey of video display terminal(VDT)operators in internet enterprises,to understand the current situation of occupational stress among VDT operators and its influencing factors. Methods The cluster sampling method was used to select 1 320 VDT operators in Internet companies in Shandong from January to August in 2018. A cross-sectional survey method was adopted to investigate them through a combination of questionnaire surveys and qualitative interviews,and the data were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the present working hours,average working hours per week and average screen time per day among 1 320 VDT workers in different positions(all P<0.05). The occupational stress factors of VDT operators included economic pressure,career development,family health,etc. Among them,economic pressure was the first pressure source for VDT operators. VDT operators had long working hours,irregular diet,severe physical discomfort and general health,and physical exercise is mainly based on occasional exercise,which can not achieve the effect of relieving physical discomfort. With the different screen time,the incidence and degree of pain in skeletal muscle were significantly different.Conclusion VDT workers have high levels of occupational stress,which mainly due to economic pressure,career development,family health,child health,interpersonal relationships,and marital problems. Multiple forms of interventions should be taken at multiple levels.
