清肠化湿汤对溃疡性结肠炎焦炉工黏膜损伤及肠道微生态的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Qingchang Huashi Decoction on mucosal injury and intestinal micro-ecology in treatment for coke oven workers with ulcerative colitis

摘要 目的探讨清肠化湿汤对溃疡性结肠炎焦炉工黏膜损伤及肠道微生态的影响。方法选取2016年10月-2018年10月唐山市人民医院接诊的溃疡性结肠炎焦炉工88例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组44例实施常规治疗,观察组44例联用清肠化湿汤治疗,于治疗前后进行临床指标、肠道微生态检测,并给予患者临床症状积分评定,比较两组治疗效果及安全性。结果两组治疗后D-乳酸、降钙素原、丙二醛、晚期氧化蛋白产物、一氧化氮、大肠杆菌、肠球菌、Mayo评分、Baron内镜分级评分、临床症状积分较同组治疗前显著降低,但双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌较同组治疗前显著增加(均P<0.01)。观察组治疗后D-乳酸、降钙素原、丙二醛、晚期氧化蛋白产物、一氧化氮、大肠杆菌、肠球菌、Mayo评分、Baron内镜分级评分、临床症状积分均低于对照组(均P<0.01),但治疗后双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌浓度均高于对照组(均P<0.01)。观察组总有效率(97.7%)高于对照组(84.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清肠化湿汤可减轻溃疡性结肠炎焦炉工的黏膜损伤程度,改善肠道微生态,效果显著,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate influence of Qingchang Huashi Decoction on mucosal injury and intestinal microecology in treatment for coke oven workers with ulcerative colitis.Methods 88 coke oven workers with ulcerative colitis were selected in Tangshan People’s Hospital from October 2016 to October 2018,who were divided into two groups by random number table method.44 patients received routine treatment as control group,while 44 patients were given routine treatment combined with Qingchang Huashi Decoction as observation group.Clinical indicators and intestinal microecology were measured before and after treatment,while clinical symptom score was evaluated.Treatment effect and safety were compared between two groups.Results The levels of D-lactic acid,procalcitonin,malondialdehyde,advanced oxidized protein products,nitric oxide,Escherichia coli,Enterococcus,Mayo score,Baron endoscopy score,and clinical symptom score in two groups decreased significantly after treatment.But the levels Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in two groups increased significantly after treatment(all P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of D-lactic acid,procalcitonin,malondialdehyde,advanced oxidized protein products,nitric oxide,Escherichia coli,Enterococcus,Mayo score,Baron endoscopy score,and clinical symptom score in observation group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.01).While the levels of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment(all P<0.01).Total effective rate in observation group(97.7%)was higher than that in control group(84.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingchang Huashi Decoction can alleviate mucosal damage and improve intestinal micro-ecology in coke oven workers with ulcerative colitis,which has significant effect and worth of clinical application.
