工作场所欺凌行为对护士职业价值观的影响

Influence of workplace bullying on nurses’ professional values

目的了解护士工作场所欺凌行为、职业价值观现状,分析工作场所欺凌行为对护士职业价值观的影响。方法 2019年6-7月,采用便利抽样法选取天津市某三级甲等医院的护士作为研究对象,使用一般资料问卷、负性行为问卷和护士职业价值观量表进行调查。结果 240名护士工作场所欺凌得分为33.91±12.67,职业价值观得分为92.56±17.41,护士工作场所欺凌行为总分与职业价值观总分呈负相关(r=-0.446,P<0.01),工作场所欺凌总分、再次择业选择护理、夜班数、科室、婚姻状况为护士职业价值观的影响因素。结论护士遭受工作场所欺凌行为会对其职业价值观产生影响,医院管理者可通过减少工作场所欺凌来提高护士职业价值观,从而为保障护士身心健康、维持护理团队稳定及改善护理管理工作提供支持。

Objective To understand the current situation of nurses’ workplace bullying behavior and professional values,analyze the influence of workplace bullying behavior on nurses’ professional values. Methods From June to July 2019,nurses from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Tianjin were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method. General information questionnaire,negative behavior questionnaire and nurses’ occupational values scale were used for investigation. Results The score of workplace bullying in 240 nurses was 33.91±12.67,and the score of professional values was 92.56±17.41. The total score of workplace bullying in nurses was negatively correlated with the professional values(r =-0.446,P <0.01). The total score of workplace bullying,choosing nursing when job hunting again,the number of night shift,department and marital status were the influence factors of occupational values for the nurse. Conclusion The bullying behavior of nurses in the workplace will have an impact on their professional values. Hospital managers can improve their professional values by reducing bullying in the workplace,so as to provide support for guaranteeing the physical and mental health of nurses,maintaining the stability of the nursing team and improving the nursing management.
