摘要
目的探讨心理资本在精神科护士职业认同与职业倦怠之间的中介作用。方法采用方便抽样方式选取2018年12月在四川省成都市6所医院工作的120名精神科护士进行调查。调查内容包括一般人口学问卷、职业认同量表、心理资本问卷、职业倦怠量表。结果职业倦怠与职业认同、心理资本呈负相关关系(r=-0.719、-0.596,均P<0.01);职业认同负向预测职业倦怠(β=-0.600,P<0.01),正向预测心理资本(β=0.289,P<0.01);心理资本负向预测工作倦怠(β=-0.451,P<0.01);心理资本在职业认同和职业倦怠间的中介效应占总效应的21.7%。结论心理资本在护士职业认同和职业倦怠间存在部分中介作用。护理管理者在工作中应关注护士的职业认同感,重视护士心理资本的建设,从而降低护士的职业倦怠,提高工作效率。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of psychological capital between professional identity and job burnout in psychiatric nurses.Methods 120 psychiatric nurses working in six hospitals in Chengdu City of Sichuan Province in December2018 were selected by convenient sampling for investigation.Research content included general demographic questionnaire,professional identity scale,psychological capital questionnaire and job burnout scale.Results Job burnout had negative correlation with professional identity and psychological capital(r=-0.719,-0.596,both P<0.01).Professional identity negatively forecasted job burnout(β=-0.600,P<0.01),while it positively predict psychological capital(β=0.289,P<0.01).Psychological capital negatively forecasted job burnout(β=-0.451,P<0.01).The intermediary effect of psychological capital between professional identity and burnout accounted for 21.7%of the total effect.Conclusion Psychological capital has partial mediating effect on nurses’professional identity and burnout.Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses’professional identity and the construction of nurses’psychological capital,so as to reduce nurses’job burnout and improve work efficiency.
