摘要
目的探讨广州市在校护生手机依赖与学业拖延、学习倦怠之间的交互作用,为护生的心理教育提供参考依据。方法于2019年3-7月利用便利抽样法抽取广州市3所学校357名护生作为调查对象,采用问卷方法调查护生的手机依赖、学业拖延和学业倦怠情况,并对数据进行分析。结果357名护生的手机依赖总分为47.25±12.87,手机成瘾率为8.96%;学业拖延量表总分为61.84±9.71;学习倦怠量表总分为62.49±10.74。每周睡前玩手机次数与手机依赖(r=0.187,P<0.01)、学习倦怠(r=0.145,P<0.01)呈正相关。结构方程模型表明手机依赖对学业拖延和学习倦怠有正向预测作用(β=0.49、0.43,均P<0.05)。结论手机依赖对护生学业拖延和学习倦怠产生影响,也会对护生的身体和心理健康造成伤害,学校和教育部门应加强管理并采取措施以降低护生的手机依赖程度,提高护生的学业兴趣。
Objective To explore the interaction among mobile phone dependence,academic procrastination and learning burnout of nursing students in Guangzhou City,provide references for psychological education of nursing students.Methods 357 nursing students were collected from three colleges in Guangzhou City from March to July 2019 by the convenient sampling method.The questionnaire was used to investigate the mobile phone dependence,academic procrastination and academic burnout of nursing students,and the data were analyzed.Results The score of mobile phone addiction in 357 nursing students was 47.25±12.87,and the rate of mobile phone addicts was 8.96%.The total score of academic procrastination inventory and learning burnout was61.84±9.71 and 62.49±10.74,respectively.The number of times of playing mobile phone before going to bed every week was positively correlated with mobile phone dependence(r=0.187,P<0.01)and academic burnout(r=0.145,P<0.01).Structural equation models found that mobile phone dependence had a positive predictive effect on academic procrastination and academic burnout(β=0.49,0.43,both P<0.05).Conclusion The mobile phone dependence has the impact on academic procrastination and academic burnout,it also harm the physical and mental health of nursing students.Schools and education departments should strengthen management and take measures to reduce the mobile phone dependence of nursing students,improve their academic interest.
