海军潜艇官兵血脂异常情况调查

An investigation on the abnormal blood lipid of navy submarine officers and soldiers

目的分析658例潜艇官兵脂代谢异常相关因素,探讨潜艇官兵健康管理措施。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月于天津康复疗养中心进行特勤疗养的潜艇艇员作为调查对象,对其血胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白指标及体质指数(BMI)等进行回顾性分析。结果在天津康复疗养中心进行特勤疗养的潜艇官兵共658人,检出血脂异常者232人,占35.3%;其中高三酰甘油血症127例,占54.7%。各年龄段中,>40岁年龄组高脂血症发病率最高,与其他年龄组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BMI分组中超重、肥胖组高胆固醇血症、高三酰甘油血症和混合性高脂血症检出率均高于正常BMI组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论高甘油三酯血症、高胆固醇血症、低高密度脂蛋白血症等指标与年龄、BMI等密切相关,应针对潜勤人员特殊工作、生活性质制定合理的膳食、运动及疗养方案。

Objective To analyze the related factors of abnormal lipid metabolism of 658 submarine officers and soldiers,explore the health management measures of submarine officers and soldiers.Methods Submariners who underwent special service recuperation in Tianjin Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of the survey,and their blood cholesterol,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein and body mass index(BMI)were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 658 submarine officers and soldiers received special service recuperation in Tianjin Rehabilitation and Recu-peration Center,there were 232 cases of abnormal blood lipids and 127 cases of hyperglycemic glyceremia,accounting for 35.3%and 54.7%of participants respectively.Among all age groups,the incidence of hyperlipidemia was the highest in>40 year-old age group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with other age groups(P<0.05).In the BMI groups,the detection rates of hypercholesterolemia and hyperglyceremia in the overweight group and obese group were higher than those in the normal BMI group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Conclusion The indexes of hypertriglyceridemia,hypercholesterolemia and low density lipoprotein are closely related to age and BMI.Reasonable diet,exercise and recuperation plan should be made according to the special working and living characteristics of the submarine officers and soldiers.
