论大别山区县域乡村教育振兴促进乡村振兴的发展路向

Ways to Promote Rural Education in Dabie Mountain Area

大别山区是革命老区,地处大别山区的县市几乎都是贫困县,我们不能忘记大别山区人民为中国革命做出的牺牲和贡献,一定要让他们脱贫致富共享改革成果。扶贫先扶智,振兴大别山区的乡村教育是促进乡村振兴的根本途径。振兴乡村义务教育、振兴乡村职业教育、实现乡村教育振兴与经济社会发展良性互动是促进乡村教育振兴的三条有效途径。我国主要以县域为行政治理单元,探索出县域教育振兴促进乡村振兴的路径,构建乡村振兴的制度框架和政策体系,对其它山区贫困县脱贫致富有重要的借鉴意义。

Dabie Mountains district is an old revolutionary district.Almost all counties and cities in the Dabie Mountains are poor counties.We must not forget the sacrifices and contributions made by the people in Dabie Mountains area to the Chinese revolution.We must lift them out of poverty and let them share the fruits of reform.The basic way to promote the rural revitalization is to revive the rural education in Dabie Mountain area.The three effective ways to promote rural education are to revitalize the rural compulsory education and vocational education and to realize the positive interaction between rural education revitalization and economic and social development.In China,county is the main administrative unit.Exploring the way to promote county-level education revitalization and to construct the institutional framework and policy system is of great significance for poverty alleviation in the mountain area.
